Thank you for your interest in Cambridge Court Apartments.

To qualify for senior housing at Cambridge Court Apartments you must be at least 55 years of age, or handicapped/disabled. Currently, our low-income program is closed due to a lengthy waitlist.

If your annual income is between $27,500 and $46,300 or you have a housing voucher or certificate, you may qualify for a moderate studio. Presently the rent, depending on your income, is between $799 and $902.

If your annual income is between $34,000 and $46,300 or you have a housing voucher or certificate, you may qualify for a moderate one bedroom. Presently the rent, depending on your income, is between $985 and $1,112.

We also have market rate apartments for those seniors that may not qualify for a moderate subsidy. If your annual income is $32,000 or more you may be interested in our market studio for $910 per month including all utilities. If your income is $48,000 or more you may be interested in our market one bedroom for $1,350 per month including all utilities.

After downloading and completing the application , please either email or mail it back to us. We will be unable to process your application if it is not filled out completely, and any delay could result in your placement lower on the waitlist than necessary.

Please be advised that you may not qualify for residence at Cambridge Court Apartments if you have claimed bankruptcy within the past five years, have a criminal record, an unstable residence history (more than four addresses in the past 10 years), or if we are unable to obtain prior landlord reference.
